🧹 On-Site Housekeeper (Monday–Saturday)
A professional housekeeper is on-site Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, for routine cleaning, laundry, and property operations. Guests should expect staff presence during these hours. Privacy is always respected.

• There is a separate caretaker house located on the property. The caretaker helps maintain the home and grounds but resides in a private area completely separate from the main villa, ensuring guests enjoy privacy and comfort throughout their stay.

• For guest safety and property security, exterior security cameras monitor entry points and outdoor common areas only. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private guest spaces.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
