Crescent Sands B5, built in 1985, is a two bedroom, two bath ocean front condo located on the fifth floor. Condo features a king size bed in the master bedroom, two twins in the second bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa. Located in the popular Windy Hill part of North Myrtle beach, this condo is within walking distance to Barefoot Landing, Hamburger Joe's, Wings gift shop and much more!

Condo Rules:

A signed and completed rental agreement and photo ID is required within 24 hours of booking this property;

Max capacity is strictly enforced

Person signing and staying must be at least 25 yrs old

House quiet hours are from 9pm-9am-strictly enforced. A $300 Sec Dep Hold is required

Guest is responsible for securing property and its contents

No golf carts/trailers/motorcycles/pets/events/loud music or smoking allowed

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
